DESCRIPTION
The road is as beautiful as the destination, as you will pass through a beautiful landscape typical of the Andes between hills, high mountains, llamas, alpacas and vicuñas. The climb is not easy, but the reward is a fantastic view of the turquoise lagoon that contrasts with the snow of the glaciers.
Around the lake you can see small stone towers: these are the apachetas in honour of the lake and the mountains, which are elements considered sacred by the local communities.
Here, offerings are also made to Pachamama, often with three coca leaves, a set called Kintu that represents the three worlds of Inca mythology.

- Welcome and transfer from the airport or bus terminal in Cusco to the selected hotel.

DAY 2
- Tour in the City of Cusco: we will visit the Cathedral, Qoricancha, Sacsayhuamán, Tambomachay from 9 am to 1:30 pm.

- Tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. (we will visit Pisac and Ollantaytambo, from 08:00 hrs – 16:00 hrs)

ITINERARY

DAY 1: Reception and City tour in Cusco
A su llegada al aeropuerto o terminal terrestre, estaremos esperándolos y lo trasladaremos al hotel seleccionado, al llegar al hotel podrá degustar del famoso mate de coca bueno para el mal de altura, dependiendo de su hora de llegada podrá salir a caminar por las calles cercanas al hotel o a la plaza de armas.
DAY 2: PLAZA DE ARMAS - CATHEDRAL - QORICANCHA - KENKO
After breakfast we will pick you up from your hotel at 8 am for the City Tours. This excursion includes a visit to: the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, the Church of Santo Domingo, the Temple of Qoricancha and the nearby ruins of Kenko, Puka Pukara, Tambomachay and the Sacsayhuaman fortress. Then we will enjoy a delicious lunch.
DAY 3: SACRED VALLEY - PISAC - OLLANTAYTAMBO - AGUAS CALIENTES
We pick you up between 08:00 hrs to 08:20 hrs, the tour will begin with a stop at the natural viewpoint of Ccorao where the guide will give you an introduction about the Sacred Valley, the tour will continue enjoying a beautiful landscape, the first place to visit will be the traditional market of Pisac here you can do some shopping for souvenirs or crafts, then we will go up to the Archaeological Center of Pisac where after a short walk you will reach the main Inca enclosures. then you will head to the city of Urubamba where we will enjoy a traditional lunch. In the afternoon we will visit the Ollantaytambo Fortress, finally we will go to the Ollantaytambo train station, to board the train that leaves at 16.36 hrs to Aguas Calientes, where we will arrive around 18.09
DAY 4: MACHU PICCHU - CIRCULAR TOWER - SACRED SUNDIAL
After breakfast, together with the guide, we will leave to board the bus that will take us to the entrance to the Llacta of Machu Picchu, the guided tour will last 2 hours, during the tour you will visit the most important places in this city such as: the Main Square, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock, The Royal Rooms, the Temple of the Three Windows and the Cemeteries. Concluded with a tour of the citadel of Machu Picchu Then we will go down by bus to Aguas and have lunch in Aguas Calientes and in the afternoon we will take the train back to Ollantaytambo to transport you by bus to the city of Cusco and take you to your hotel.
DAY 5: VINICUNCA MOUNTAIN - HUMANTAY LAGOON
Tour to Vinicunca Mountain or Humantay Lagoon (04:40 hrs – 19:00 hrs)
Night in selected hotel in Cusco.
DAY 6: CUSCO - LIMA
Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer from the hotel to the Cusco airport.
